Warranty Policy – Singapore

At Clearly Loved Pets, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our Lucidium pet enclosures. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This warranty applies only to items purchased from www.clearlylovedpets.sg

What This Warranty Covers

We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product component with a defect in materials or workmanship within 90 days of the purchase date.
This includes any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery.

 and provide:

  • Your order number or email address used for ordering
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the affected part(s) and packaging

We may require that original packaging be retained during the claim process.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches on acrylic or aluminum parts
  • Damage caused by pets jumping, chewing, or aggressively trying to escape
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly/disassembly, or failure to follow the User Guide
  • Improper cleaning (e.g., using ammonia-based cleaners on acrylic)
  • Alterations or modifications made to the product
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., damage to floors or other surfaces, injury to animals)

Please ensure the enclosure is suitable for your pet before purchasing.
Lucidium pens are designed for small to medium dogs, rabbits, ferrets, kitten, and similar pets. They are not recommended for large breeds or highly active pets that may jump over or damage the pen. Our warranty does not cover damage from pets that occurs while they are repeatedly and/or aggressively trying to escape, no matter what their size.

Consult your veterinarian or breeder if unsure about suitability. A pet jumping out is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty.

Product Eligibility and Ownership

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or a registered gift recipient.

 with the order number and the purchaser’s email address.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second-hand purchases or resales.

Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase.

In accordance with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, consumers may be entitled to additional remedies for defective goods discovered within 6 months of delivery. We will review all such cases in good faith and offer an appropriate resolution in line with the law.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement and cover the cost of shipping any necessary parts.
